Causes of the American Revolution

We have been reviewing the Revolutionary War.  What were some of the reasons (at least 3)
the Patriots turned against King George? Be sure to be specific.

  1. One reason the patriots turned against King George 3 is that they didn't want to pay taxes on paper goods. Another reason is since King George taxed the tea they dumped the tea into the harbor which is the Boston Tea Party. The last reason for this cause is since King George gave them money they thought it was good for them to separate

  2. The first reason is the taxes on goods that colonists need but they couldn't afford it.This was called the Townshend Acts.Another way is the Boston massacre, now no patriot feels safe. The last way is because King George put soldier s in colonist house and the colonist didn't know the soilder in their house. So that's three ways why patriots turned against King George.☺☺☺

  3. Dear King George,
    I'm a patriot.
I don't think you need to keep the stamp acts for tea and printed paper items.

  4. king George taxed the colonist tea.Taxed a stamp you had to have on every paper ,or you would get in trouble. And last sent the soldiers to live with the colonist.

  5. The first reason why the patrion turned against King George was because he had taxed the patriots. He taxed the colonist because of the French and Indian war so he desited to tax the colonist, because they took all England's money so king George had to make the colonist help repay king George.
Another reason why the colonist turned against King George was because he stamp act. He made the colonist pay for a stamp on EVERY single piece of paper the colonist bought so the colonist boy coted EVERY thing that England sent to the colonels to buy after they boy coted England didn't have any money.
They solved EVERY thing that England sent was by boycotting England.

The first cause of the Revolutionary War is that King George the third taxed us in 1773 for the tea he sold to us the second cause of the Revolutionary war is the Boston Massacre the kings soldiers killed three of our men the third cause of the Revolutionary War is that the king would not let the settlers move past the appalchen mnts when the settlers just fought for it and yet they are the ones that own butt they were still under the kings command so they didnt go past the mnts
